At Firelady Fur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the fur garment in its original protective garment bag and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards and original packaging are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated courier location and retain your receipt; once received and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
